When purchasing vintage items please keep in mind that they will all show some signs of wear and minor imperfections. I make sure only to list items that are wearable as they are and require no repairs. All of my vintage clothing is laundered prior to being sold.
Shipping
Items are shipped Usps within 3 business days of purchase. Each hat is packaged in a unique reusable box. Clothing is carefully wrapped and sent in a postage box with delivery confirmation.
Any fees imposed on international orders are the customers responsibility, the price of shipping only covers the package being sent on my part, any taxes, duties, customs fees etc are the buyers
responsibility.
Returns
I try my best to take pictures that accurately depict colour and capture every detail of each item, but I understand that shopping online isn't like browsing the stores where you can try things on and decide that you truly love your purchase. For this reason if you are unsatisfied with your purchase you are welcome to return it in its original condition for a full refund less shipping fees. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery to discuss arrangements prior to the return. Any requests made beyond this time period will not be honored due to the nature of the items. Customer service is very important to me, I don't believe shoppers should receive a lesser quality of service online than in person! If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask!
